Sarah is an Accredited Sports Dietitian, and delivers 1-2-1 appointments as well as group sessions. She delivers evidence-based, personalised sports nutrition strategies and has extensive experience with amateur, elite and professional athletes.

As a dietitian, Sarah is clinically qualified to take in to account medical conditions that athletes may present with e.g. RED-S, food allergies/intolerances, IBS, disordered eating, diabetes, PCOS, inflammatory bowel disease.

Sarah lectured at St Mary's University, Twickenham for a number of years in Sports Nutrition at BSc, PgDip and MSc levels.

She is a contributor to magazine publications such as Cycling Plus and Healthy Eating Magazine.

Initial 1 hour consultation: £120

This includes (as appropriate for the client): assessment of pre appointment questionnaire and food diary; 1 hour consultation; individualised Nutrition Plan/written information; any other useful information e.g. recommendations for useful apps, websites, books

Follow up appointments: £60

Follow up appointments last approximately 45 minutes

Depending on the reason you are seeking my help, you may only need one appointment, or you may need ongoing long term appointments. 

 

There are no unexpected extra costs. If I recommend a supplement I will suggest a number of choices, as I do not sell or promote any particular brand or product
